Diagnosis & Personalised Treatment Plan
Using modern diagnostics such as nasal endoscopy, imaging or hearing tests, I confirm the cause of your symptoms. I then create a tailored ENT treatment plan based on your condition, lifestyle, and goals.
You’ll receive:
- A clear diagnosis
- Your treatment options, with risks & benefits explained
- Transparent advice on costs, self-pay and insurance cover
- Time to ask questions and decide comfortably
Treatment or Procedure
If treatment or surgery is needed, it takes place at one of my trusted partner hospitals in a safe, professional setting. You’ll be cared for by an experienced medical team, with consultant-led support throughout.
Before your procedure:
- Follow fasting/medication instructions
- Arrange transport if sedation or anaesthesia is planned
- Bring any hospital paperwork or ID
During & immediately after:
- Continuous monitoring and reassurance
- Clear guidance on first steps of recovery
- Most procedures are day-case, allowing you to go home the same day
Recovery & Follow-Up
Your recovery is carefully monitored to ensure everything heals as expected.
You’ll receive tailored aftercare advice and follow-up appointments to check progress and answer any questions.
Typical aftercare includes:

- Follow-up visits (in person or virtual)

Ask your GP or local ENT service to refer you via the NHS e-Referral Service (ERS) or by email at uclh.ent@nhs.net.
Once your referral is received, my NHS team at University College London Hospitals (UCLH) will contact you to arrange your appointment.
